ASME Code Pressure Vessels
ASME Pressure vessels are tanks that are process specific and designed to contain one or more reactive agents at pressures higher than 15 psi. Endothermic or Exothermic reactions occur inside the pressure vessel, and the volatility of the contained reaction and the amount of temperature change are both key elements to a propper heated pressure vessel design.
Tank & Vessel Builders manufactures custom pressure vessels of all sizes to Sec. VIII Div. 1 and Sec. I of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Each unit is designed to your specifications and under goes all code required documentation from reciept of material to shipment of final assembly.
The Custom vessels can be blasted and coated per a number of specifications.
Tank & Vessel Builders is not limited per the size of the vessel. We have 100,000 lbs. of crane capacity and can custom roll up to 2 1/4" plate.
